环法自行车赛是公路自行车运动界中的年度大赛，每年7月初开始，号称世界上最艰难的运动，共进行21个赛段，中间有一两天休息，总赛程为3200公里左右，赛段中分个人计时赛和大组赛，按比赛道路分平地赛段和山地赛段，海拔最高可达2200米。（99字）
